http://www.emdrassociation.org.uk  A useful website with lots of information about EMDR. The association is also the registering body for EMDR therapists and practitioners in the UK and Ireland.

http://www.metanoia.ac.uk   A training Institute for Psychotherapy, Counselling and Supervision. This is where I trained as a Psychotherapist.

http://www.emdrworks.org    An organisation training experienced practitioners in EMDR with whom I completed my EMDR training.

http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk A web site with lots of useful information about mental health issues, diagrams explaining many issues and plenty of tools and suggestions to begin to help with issues right now.
